FRIDAY DAY-ONLY PRO-RATA PACKAGE:
Friday (September 21) day session (between 9 a.m. and early afternoon.)
Includes participation in course sessions, the door prize competition, includes luncheon, and snacks provided in the hospitality suite.
FRIDAY EVENING-ONLY PRO-RATA PACKAGE:
Friday (September 21) tour and dinner offsite (TBA) (transportation provided).
Party in the hospitality suite afterward.
SATURDAY DAY-ONLY PRO RATA PACKAGE:
Saturday (September 23) day events, including day sessions and snacks in hospitality suite (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.).
(Please note: this EXCLUDES lunch!)
SATURDAY EVENING-ONLY PRO-RATA PACKAGE:
Saturday (September 23) dinner, program, dance ... and snacks in hospitality suite (between 6:30 p.m. - till Midnite.)
This is $10/person and when purchased, 100% is refunded minus the insurance fee.
Cancellation Policy For Those Not
Taking Out Cancellation Insurance:
Before August 1, 2017 = 100% refunded.
Before September 1, 2017 = 75% refunded
After September 1, 2017 = NO REFUNDS.
Wednesday (September 20) ghost tour of downtown Huntsville.
Special notes: This will follow the ‘dutch treat’ dinner at a downtown Huntsville restaurant. This tour will require some walking so it is not recommended for anyone with a disability.
Events NOT included in the registration fees:
“Dutch treat” dinner Wednesday night, September 20 nor the ‘ghost tour’ (meaning these are NOT included in the above listed registration fees) which are:
For the ‘dutch treat dinner’, we will be offered a 3-5 menu options at approximately $20-$25 per person.
This includes cost of the meal, gratuity and tax. This does not include alcohol. Nor the cost of the GhostTour
Dress for most of the weekend is casual. Theme/dress for the Banquet is casual elegance.

Wednesday, September 20
6 p.m. – Early birds meet in the hotel lobby for walk to ‘dutch’ treat dinner restaurant (TBA).
Optional ‘ghost tour’ afterward.
Thursday, September 21
3 – 5 p.m. - Welcome! Registration begins in pre-function area near the ballroom. Executive King Suites opens.
5:30 p.m. - Meet in hotel lobby for transport to the Space Center for German dinner night there.
Friday, September 22
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Registration & Brats Store in pre-function area near the ballroom.
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. – Executive King Suites (our hospitality space) opens.
9 a.m.– 10:15 a.m. - Session I in Monte Sano Room. Topic TBA.
10:20 – 11:30 a.m. – Session II in Monte Sano Room. Topic TBA.
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ***DOOR PRIZE COMPETITION*** in Big Spring Room.
12:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Luncheon in Atrium.
Afternoon (Time TBA) - Tour of Huntsville (transportation provided).
Dinner included as part of tour.
After dinner – Executive King Suites reopens for a party and registration continues.
Saturday, September 23
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. – Executive King Suites hospitality suite opens.
9 a.m.– 10:15 a.m. - Session III in Monte Sano Room and topic TBA.
10 a.m. - Noon - Registration & Brats Store in operation in pre-function area near the ballroom.
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Session IV , “Building Best Brat Friendships Forever” hosted by Maryl Ball Sellman.
1 p.m. - 4 p.m. – Executive King Suites hospitality suite open.
2 p.m. - 4 p.m. – Session V in Monte Sano Room and topic TBA.
6 p.m. – 7 p.m. – Registration pre-function near ballroom.
6 p.m. -7:00 p.m. - Cocktail hour
7:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m. – Dinner (Big Spring Ballroom).
8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. – Announcements/Recognitions/Program.
8:30 p.m. – Midnite – Dance with DJ.
Sunday, September 24
9 a.m. - Noon – Executive King Suites hospitality suite open.
In completing the on-line registration (on this page) or by registering by mail or telephone, you are certifying that you understand the registration and cancellation policy, and the dates pertinent to the payment and refund of monies. Furthermore you agree to be responsible for your own actions and indemnify the event planner OVERSEAS BRATS from any responsibility for any injury you might incur as a result of your participation in any event. You confirm by your registration that you will also conduct yourself in a manner so as not to cause any damage to the hotel property, nor the property of any of the event providers, or injury to other individuals in attendance. Should you or your guest be the cause of any damages or injuries you agree to be responsible for the same.
