One person before October 1, 2009	$162.00
Couple before October 1, 2009	$262.00
One person after October 1, 2009	$177.00

Note: When you purchase the comprehensive package, you do not have to purchase
any of the pro-rated items below because the comprehensive package includes these.

You'll receive:

• Four major meals.
• Large booklet prepared for the event containing a directory of participants
  and gathering activities.
• Snacks throughout the day beginning Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning.
• Admittance to all activities -and more!

Dress:

Casual during the daytime. Evening events TBA.

Please note: Our room block expires September 23, 2009. After that, check with the hotel about availability at the group rate.


Cancellation Policy & Insurance:

Before September 20 = 100% refunded
Before October 1 = 75% refunded
After October 1, IF cancellation insurance ($10/person) is purchased, 100% refunded minus the insurance fee, otherwise no refund after October 1, 2007.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES (Subject to change. Attendance at course sessions is strictly optional.)

Wednesday, Oct. 14: Early arrivals dinner party. Please contact OVERSEAS BRATS for specifics. Thursday, Oct. 15 4:00 p.m. Hospitality suite opens for registering and visiting and welcome reception for everyone. 6:00 p.m. Meet in hotel lobby. We’re going out to dinner (Dutch treat) at a local restaurant with a band. Hospitality suite will open after our return

Friday, Oct. 16: 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Registration & visiting in Hospitality suite. 9 a.m. Course Session I Topic and location TBA. 10:15 a.m. Break 10:20 a.m. Cource Session II Topic and location TBA.     1:30 - 2:45 p.m. SESSION III. Topic and location TBA. 4 pm Offsite tour and dinner at site(s) to be announced. Approx. 3:45 - 8:30 p.m. Offsite tour and dinner at site(s) to be announced. Approx.     9:30 p.m. Karaoke party in hospitality suite

Saturday, Oct. 17: Today is open for touring the local sites or participating in some of the OSB mini-course sessions. 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., 6pm to 7pm Registration. 9:00 - 10:20 a.m. Course SESSION IV. Location TBA 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 12:30 - 1:30pm Exhibition & door prize contest Luncheon 2 p.m. - 5 pm Special showing of, “Brats: Our Journey Home,” with discussion session following 6pm - Midnight Reception, dinner, program, dance

Sunday, Oct. 18: 7-10 a.m.-Full breakfast. 7:00 a.m. - 10 a.m. Full breakfast. TBA.
