Cancellation Policy & Insurance:

Before September 20 = 100% refunded
Before October 1 = 75% refunded
After October 1, IF cancellation insurance ($10/person) is purchased, 100% refunded minus the insurance fee, otherwise no refund after October 1, 2007.

    4:00 p.m. Hospitality suite opens for registering and visiting
    and welcome reception for everyone.
    6:00 p.m. Meet in Hyatt Dulles lobby to go out for ‘dutch
    treat’ dinner.

    Friday, Oct. 31:

    8 a.m.-11:30 a.m.,
    1:30 -3:00 p.m. & after dinner
    		 Hospitality suite open.
    9 a.m.-10:15 a.m. SESSION I.
    Topic and location in Hyatt Dulles TBA.
    10:20 a.m.-11:30 a.m SESSION II.
    Topic and location in Hyatt Dulles TBA.
    11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Exhibition & door prize contest.
    Location TBA in Hyatt Dulles.
    12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m Luncheon in exhibiton room.
    Location TBA in Hyatt Dulles.
    1:45 - 3:00 p.m.
    		 SESSION III.
    Topic and location in Hyatt Dulles TBA.
    3:30 p.m. Meet in hotel lobby for familiarization (FAM)
    trip with the Fairfax County Convention &
    Visitors Bureau (CVB).
    3:45 - 8:30 p.m. Familiarization (FAM) trip with the Fairfax County CVB. This will include Halloween costume
    party (please no political costumes!) and dinner.
    8:30 p.m. Return to the Hyatt Dulles.
    9:00 p.m. - Midnight Karaoke party in hospitality suite at the
    Hyatt Dulles.
       

    Saturday, Nov. 1:

    Today is open for touring the local DC sites or participating
    in some of the OSB mini-course sessions.

    8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.,
    1:30 to 3:00 p.m. &
    after dinner    		 Hospitality suite open.
    9 a.m. - Noon SESSION IV.
    Location TBA in Hyatt Dulles.
    9 a.m. - Noon Special showing of the Brat movie, "Brats: Our Journey Home," with a discussion session to follow with the producer/director, Donna Musil.
    Noon - 1:30 p.m. Break. Lunch on your own.
    1:30 - 3:00 p.m. SESSION V.
    Location TBA in Hyatt Dulles.
    6:30 p.m. - Midnight Reception, Welcoming program,
    Dinner, After dinner program, and dance.
       

    Sunday, Nov. 2:

    Today is open for touring the local DC sites.

    7:00 a.m. - 10 a.m. Continental breakfast.
